Uniform & Dress Code
What to wear — and what NOT to wear — for every Match One event. Please read before you arrive.

This is the look
All black, clean and professional. Men and women, same standard.
Shirts
Solid BLACK polo or button-down (short or long sleeve). No logos, no brands, no graphics.
No t-shirts, tank tops, athletic/dri-fit tees, or anything with a logo (Nike, Adidas, etc.).
👖 Pants
Solid BLACK dress pants or plain black work pants. Clean, no rips.
No jeans of any color, no ripped/distressed pants, no track pants, joggers, sweatpants, leggings or cargo pants.
Shoes
All-BLACK closed-toe shoes. Non-slip preferred. Comfortable — you will be on your feet all day.
No logos or bright colors, no sandals, no open-toe shoes.
Bags
CLEAR bag only — a clear tote or clear backpack. Most venues (stadiums, arenas) require it for security.
No solid/colored bags, no regular backpacks, no fanny packs at secured venues.
What IS expected
- Arrive on time and ready to work your full shift
- Full black uniform, neat and clean
- Clear bag if the venue requires it
- Bring a valid photo ID
- Be polite and professional with guests and staff
- Follow your team lead and the check-in instructions we text you
What is NOT allowed
- No logos or brand names on any clothing
- No jeans, joggers, track pants, sweatpants or cargo pants
- No t-shirts, tank tops or athletic shirts
- No sandals, open-toe or logo/colored shoes
- No non-clear bags at secured venues
- No hats or hoods unless the event provides them
